About Us
The Oxford Humanitarian Group (OHG) is an inter-disciplinary discussion group for humanitarian studies. Through a regular seminar series, it aims to facilitate discussion and the sharing of research amongst academics, policy makers, and practitioners on humanitarian crises and the local, regional, and international responses they trigger. OHG also holds workshops for researchers from different disciplines, including international relations, international law, development studies, public health, anthropology and refugee and migration studies.
