Janina Dill, ELAC Co-Director, participated in an on-the-record Briefing to the Council on Foreign Relations. Janina spoke on the situation in Gaza pointing out that there is enough evidence of non-compliance with international law by Israel that the United States should rethink its material support or condition it on better compliance.
