Cyber Due Diligence Report Launch Event

On the occasion of the publication of the report ‘Cyber Due Diligence in International Law’, co-authored by Talita Dias and Antonio Coco, ELAC is hosting an online launch event to discuss the key findings of the report. These include the applicability of international law to ‘cyberspace’ and the legal nature of due diligence.

The event will take place on Tuesday, 19 October 2021, from 12 pm until 1.30 pm (British Summer Time).

Following the opening remarks by Professor Dapo Akande in his capacity as project leader, Professor Duncan Hollis (Temple University), will moderate a dynamic conversation between:

  • Dr Talita Dias (Jesus College, University of Oxford);

  • Dr Antonio Coco (University of Essex);

  • Tomohiro Mikanagi (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan);

  • Professor Joanna Kulesza (University of Lodz).
