ELAC Visiting Fellow of Practice Brianna Rosen published an article titled The Teixeira Disclosures and Systemic Problems in the U.S. Intelligence Community in Just Security.
The articles argues that Jack Teixeira’s unauthorized disclosure of U.S. intelligence documents points to broader systemic failures in the safeguarding of U.S. intelligence information, as well as new insider threats that pose thorny legal and policy challenges, and identifies questions Congress and senior administrations officials should assess to prevent similar leaks in the future.
