Florian Zarnetta is a Master of Public Policy graduate from the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. He is a former Research Assistant to then Deputy Director Federica D’Alessandra. His work focused on the prospects for international justice and accountability in a time of rising tensions between geopolitical powers.
His research interests continue to include European foreign and security policy and the theory of international law.
Before attending Oxford, Florian received a BA in Political Science and Law from the University of Tuebingen (Germany), where he specialised in international relations and international law. He is a Friedrich Ebert Foundation and Blavatnik School of Government Public Service Scholar.
