Brianna Rosen has published a new book, “Perpetual War and International Law: Enduring Legacies of the War on Terror.”

As we reach the 24th anniversary of 9/11, the war on terror continues to fundamentally shape global security. This volume interrogates the legal, ethical, and policy foundations of the war on terror; challenges the dominance of the war paradigm and advances viable alternatives to the use of force; and reclaims the role of international law in constraining state violence in an age of endless war.

The book is available for pre-order from Oxford University Press.
