On 23 May, ELAC held a hybrid event to launch its recently published report, The International Law Protections against Cyber Operations Targeting the Healthcare Sector. The report, authored by Postdoctoral Research Fellow Priya Urs, Research Fellow Talita Dias, Visiting Scholar Antonio Coco, and Co-Director Dapo Akande, seeks to clarify the applicability of existing rules of international law to cyber operations against the healthcare sector. During the event, moderated by Harriet Moynihan (Chatham House), the authors discussed the key findings of the report with Shehzad Charania (GCHQ), Tomohiro Mikanagi (Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and Francesca Bosco (CyberPeace Institute). The recording of the event is available to view here.
