In early June, ELAC Research Fellow Talita Dias and Research Officer Tsvetelina van Benthem presented their recent research at the annual International Conference on Cyber Conflict, CyCon, hosted by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence in Tallinn, Estonia.
