On 1 March, ELAC Co-Director Dapo Akande spoke on a panel event hosted by the Blavatnik School of Government, Ukraine: What’s at Stake?, which discussed the potential global geopolitical consequences of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The panel also featured Ngaire Woods, founding dean of BSG, Tom Sipmson, Professor of Philosophy and Public Policy at BSG, and Harold Koh, George Eastman Visiting Professor of Law at Oxford.
