A recent episode of the BBC’s Moral Maze featured Janina Dill, ELAC Co-Director and the Dame Louise Richardson Chair in Global Security. In the episode which focused on the Russia-Ukraine War, Professor Dill defended the position that Ukraine’s defensive war continues to be justified, proportionate, and that the UK has duties of assistance.
