On Monday 26 October, the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict (ELAC), together with the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights and the Public International Law Research Group at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford, will host an online discussion with Chris Sidoti, member of the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel.
The discussion will explore the Commission’s recent report on violations and crimes against Palestinian children since 7 October 2023, addressing critical questions of international law, accountability, children’s rights and access to justice.
Chaired by Diane Marie Amann, the event will also feature contributions from Professor Ann Skelton and Professor Helen Duffy.
