On 30 March, ELAC Deputy Director and IPS Executive Director Federica D’Alessandra moderated a panel on Evolutions in International Criminal Justice: Combatting Selectivity and Ensuring the Centering of Victims at the 2023 American Society of International Law (ASIL) Annual Meeting. The panel discussed how to ensure recent developments in international criminal justice unfold in a principled and coherent way, including by helping combat selectivity and centring the interests of victims.
