On 25 March, our IPS Policy Engagement Manager Brianna Rosen delivered the keynote address at a NATO-GLOBSEC conference on ethical and legal standards for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. IPS Executive Director Federica D’Alessandra was also in attendance and presented on the geopolitical implications of new technologies for atrocity prevention, cyber warfare, and armed conflict.
