IPS Submits Input to UN Inquiry on Role of New Technologies in Genocide Prevention

In preparation of the UN Secretary-General’s report to the Human Rights Council on the impact of technological advances on genocide prevention efforts, the UN Office on Genocide Prevention and the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights requested input from civil society. Federica D’Alessandraand Visiting Fellow Ross Gildea submitted input in response, drawing on their previous research and analysis on developments in technology and the risks and opportunities this poses for atrocity prevention.
